Job Description

Lead a team of credit controllers to increase the percentage of successful debt recoveries.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10 Credit Controllers who are actively collecting payments from customers.
• Organise workload and coach and motivate team to drive results.
• Ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
• Act as an escalation point to authorise settlements and resolve customer queries.
• Report on team performance and identify ways to improve it.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Leadership experience, track record of improving results.
• Strong debt collection experience.
• Ability to performance manage remote teams.
• Strong Good communication skills, persuasive style.
• Results focussed.
• Organised and good time management skills.
