 Role Summary

The Supply Chain Manager is one of the biggest procurement, logistics and roll-out jobs available in the North America.  Primary responsibilities will include working with the various departments to transform the way IWG builds and operates its locations, focused on:

• Relentlessly reducing cost: we spend $1bn+ per year in our supply chain and all expenditure needs consistent review and challenge to eliminate wastage and cost.
• Managing the end-to-end supply chain: centres must be constructed quickly and efficiently, and ongoing maintenance and operational costs need to be kept to an absolute minimum.
• Buying from and partnering with best-in-class providers: we need a group of high quality, reliable and cost-effective partners to provide the goods and services for our supply chain and they must be under constant review to ensure quality and performance is maintained and improved.
• Delivering a fantastic service to our franchise and landlord partners: we are providing a service to franchisees and landlords, and our supply chain is a critical part of this. The supply chain must work perfectly without our franchise partners involvement.

To achieve these goals, the Supply Chain Manager:

• Manages overall supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory, selection of vendors, and distribution of goods and services to the IWG North America business operations.
• Develops and implements a strategy to ensure that the critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Negotiates with vendors to obtain optimal contracts and pricing. Utilizes data monitoring and analytics to evaluate past performance and trends and forecast inventory and distribution requirements.

Required Experience

We are seeking a world-class leader for this critical position, that is:

• An ambitious, execution-focused leader with commercial, operational and financial experience. Procurement experience is an advantage.
• An individual that has led the supply chain in a fast-moving company, can demonstrate world-class delivery and performance, and who motivated about taking us to the next level.
• An outstanding general manager with a track record of building exceptional teams.
• Min 2+ years working in procurement function on construction or facilities services
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong organisation, time management, and project management skills
