Job Purpose

The centre delivery strategist is a new role within a small, tight-knit team focussed on innovation, data and development. The team is focussed on creating a new technology platform for third parties to access IWG information. The centre delivery strategist will work closely with the product manager to develop the end technology platform.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate findings from user research against the commercial and wider strategic goals of the business
  • Conduct market sweeps and research to understand requirements
  • Assess financial commerciality of customer requirements
  • Prepare business cases for investment, people, tools, as required, to deliver the changes
  • Define project plans for implementation
  • Create and own the whole project roadmap to create the technology platform
  • Improve the short-term tools and platforms for third partners to use



Experience / Required Skills:

  • 2-3 year’s experience in consulting from a top-tier consulting practice, experience in construction or technology projects preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language
  • Self-starter, bringing a valuable contribution to a small team
  • Motivated to challenges the way things are currently done
  • Innovative mindset with knowledge of market-leading tool
