About the role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to play a key role in the implementation of our global collection strategy. As Project Manager you will take responsibility for setting up a global small claims debt collection process, and running programs to reduce customer generated debt. In this role you will work closely together with the Global Head of Payments & Collections, Director of In-House Collections, Country Managers, and our debt collection support team.

Key responsibilities

- Implement and manage a global legal collections process (small claims)
- Run a program to reduce customer generated debt across 120 countries
- Map small claims debt collection court procedures for all countries where IWG operates
- Design and implement processes to file small claims everywhere
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to collectors on small claims
- Define, measure, and track performance of small claims debt collectors against a set of KPI’s (recovery rate, days debt outstanding, etc.)
- Report on small claims and recovery performance during monthly business reviews
- Manage projects that drive operational excellence in the debt collection small claims process
- Involve all relevant stakeholders, facilitate project meetings, develop agendas, document outcomes and schedule actions.
- Create comprehensive project documentation and develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate internal and partner resources to complete deliverables.

- At least 4 years of experience in a debt collection related role (globally).
- At least 2 years of experience with filing/handling/managing small claims
- At least 2 years of experience with legal debt collection.
- Experience with leading cross-functional projects in a large global corporate is a plus.
