Job Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious and resourceful HR Business Partner to support our HR Department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will be part of the HR Market Partner team based in Manila, Philippines, our centre of excellence for employee relations, policy and contract development, organizational design development and regional projects. Together with our HR Field Services (HRFS) centre of operations excellence, you will act as a consultant to ensure we provide an excellent, commercially-focused  HR service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as consultant for managers on complex employee relations issues, or questions/issues related to absence and health, conduct and capability, grievance matters, and organizational development/change initiatives.
• Assist in developing and executing manager and employee- HR tool kits and policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
• Using Analytics to drive performance; and
• Own and drive HR Projects and initiatives that improve the business for our customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• With relevant experience in Business Partnership and/or stakeholder management
• Preferably has been exposed to both local and international HR markets
• High integrity and commitment to work
• Cross functional collaboration and team player
• Dynamic, hands-on, proactive self-starter, high ownership and resilient
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with proven ability to communicate across all levels within the organization and with external parties
• Problem solving and Analytical skill
