How do you scale to thousands of centers distributed around the globe in more than 120 countries? From the networks that connects our +3200 offices and datacenters, to our wired and Wi-Fi networks in offices around the globe, there is always space to improve the IT status quo.
IWG is looking to increase his IT Global Network team and is seeking for an IT Manager that will lead a team of 8 network infrastructure engineers to assure and deliver network technologies for a wide range of projects and New Center Openings. The candidate should be looking for a new challenge and ready to take the opportunity to improve IWG IT Networking Project Implementation Services.
An IT Manager responsibilities include the leadership of his own team and deliverables, ensuring that the team works in compliance with the company’s policy and procedures, tracking all the relevant ongoing projects, setting up clear KPIs and objectives for the team members and working as a single point of contact for any road blocker or escalations coming from projects implementations.

We are seeking someone who combines a track record in leading IT technical network teams, with the technical expertise in the connectivity domain. You will be taking a leading role in managing a team of eight engineers that will run all project activities related to networks, new center openings and acquisitions.
You will be proactive and take accountability, and adept at communicating your thinking at all levels of the business, from CIO down. You’ll anticipate business challenges and requirements, be creative in providing tailored solutions, and engage your key stakeholders and team members along the way.
You should have experience working in a global team-oriented, collaborative international environment, and deliver your objectives within expected timelines. You will also have to be able to work independently as a part of a larger team in an international organization.
