The role is for a IoT Service Manager with (ideally) a minimum of 5 years of work experience within IT, preferably in Service Management positions. We will also value if the person is aware of ITIL and experienced in acting as the single point of contact between the company represented and their customers. This will be a role of high visibility and responsibility since the person selected will have ownership of the IoT services and will not only need to have capacity to resolve ongoing escalations with the cooperation of the adequate stakeholders but also think of the future of each service, presenting concrete measures to improve them and drive those changes.
The IoT Service Manager will have service management responsibility for the IoT Services within the IoT Services team, whose function is to drive the Service Lifecycle of each of the IoT Services within IWG, providing service-related inputs, reviewing and enabling service change requests, and dealing with service-related issues. The Service Manager will also be responsible for acting as the Service representative when dealing with major stakeholders in the development and delivery of products, promoting a cooperative approach with all the participants
