Job purpose

The Business Assurance (Internal Audit) team at Regus is committed to providing independent and objective assurance to the Board and the Audit Committee on the adequacy and effectiveness of the control environment across the Group. To support the growth planned for the business, the Regus Business Assurance team is looking to hire an Internal Audit Assistant Manager in Manila.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Plan and execute audits included in the annual Audit Plan and deliver audit reports including management comments
  • Conduct extensive review and testing of processes and controls on both financial and business audit issues
  • Assist in preparation of reports for discussion with executive management and for presentation to the Board and the Audit Committee
  • Assist in ad hoc investigation and advisory risk and control services to operational management as required
  • Have the ability to multi-task, taking responsibility to plan for upcoming audits while completing fieldwork for existing audits
  • Build relationships with all levels of management across the Group
  • Support the BA Manager, Senior Manager and Director in other areas of promoting good governance and risk management within the Group as required
  • Establish and promote consistent policies, processes and sharing of best practice
  • Embody, endorse and promote Regus core ethical and governance principles and policies



  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy and a Professional License (Passed the Board Exam)
  • CPA with at least 5 years auditing experience in the Big 4 or in a major international organization
  • Relevant Internal and IT Audit experience required; qualifications (CIA, CISA) would be highly preferable
  • Fluency in English is essential and fluency in local languages advantageous
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in internal audit and risk management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to work across all levels of the organisation
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Cultural awareness and sensitive to business practices in different parts of the world
  • Strong professional and ethical integrity


Working conditions

  • The BA Team in Manila follows a shift pattern from 1:00pm to 10:00pm to maximise the working day with the global stakeholders, including the BA Director who is based in London. The candidate should be willing to follow this shift pattern and adapt to any changes required in the future
  • In line with Regus core values, the candidate will be achievement-focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment.   • This role requires some travel and the candidate should be willing and flexible to travel as and when required
