KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an experienced and successful sales leader, the candidate will be responsible to drive a team of Inside Sales Account Managers on:

  • exceeding sales performance objectives for assigned markets and meeting business goals
  • coaching and training the Inside Sales Account Managers to continually improve their soft skills and sales skills to be successful sellers
  • continuously ‘raise the bar’ on call quality, sales productivity

 

The candidate should:

  • have great interpersonal skills, especially working with early career and experienced team members while managing teams of upto 20 direct reports
  • have a strong understanding of business performance and ability to influence key levers to drive strong team members performance
  • be a quick learner to understand the nature and dynamics of the shared offices market
  • be flexible to operate in a fast-paced work culture and thrive in navigating challenges continually, while finding new business opportunities

 

Requirements:

  • Professional experience of atleast 8 years, preferably in global companies – with
    • atleast 6 years in a tele/phone sales team,
    • that includes 4 years of providing inspirational leadership to a team of sales quota based direct reports
  • Functional experience must include a combination of Field sales / Inside sales, business development, account management or tele-marketing - preferably in a remote/contact center environment
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree
  • Strong language skills (written and spoken) in English.
  • This is a hybrid working role, office in KL Sentral area in Kuala Lumpur
