Duties and responsibilities

HR Admin:

• Work with the ticketing system for the employee request globally, ensuring respect and strict confidentiality of employee data, HRSS and the business

• Build and maintain reports while showing the analytical ability to provide valuable insight as requested by local HR or for Audit Purposes

• Onboard new joiners’ employee/Contingent workers either from the recruitment system or manually based on the request • Oversees HRSS audit, tracks compliance and proactively improve processes

• Agile and adaptable to work on projects

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and great interpersonal skills while dealing with diverse population

Recruitment:

• Actively promote career opportunities on multiple job boards to attract high calibre candidates

• Proactively source quality candidates through several channels covering different geographies depending on market need

• Support hiring managers with recruitment and selection for all field roles globally or locally by call calibration, screening resumes, assessing video interviews, providing a shortlist of suitable candidates and scheduling interview appointments

• Contact candidates through multiple touch points in the candidate lifecycle to set proper expectations in relation to the recruitment process and required next steps

• Supporting local field recruiters in terms of any admin function like preparing offer, contract letter and/or administering assessment based on the specific country process Job Requirements

• Professional HR Admin or Recruitment experience of at least 1-2 years, ideally in a multinational company

• Previous experience in shared services setting is a PLUS

• Experience in using ATS and HR ticketing system is a PLUS

• Demonstrated value through clear KPIs

• Flexible and can adapts well to a high growth, fast paced environment supporting the global presence of IWG

• Numerically strong and able to understand and articulate SLAs and required output through data

• Can work collaboratively with the team and or the local HR to further understand/improve the process

• Should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in business English

• Resilient and able to deal with a high degree of ambiguity

• Enjoys the variety of combining tactical and strategic activities
