Job Purpose

Lead our complete range of services and products. Grow sales, profitability and market share for IWG by running our existing portfolio and bringing to market innovative products that meet the needs of existing and new customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and run our product management group to ensure IWG remains the dominant player in the market by growing revenue, profitability and market share.
  • Lead on the end to end delivery of the product proposition. This includes working with key internal stakeholders to ensure a flawless execution of your vision.
  • Build, manage and lead a world class team.
  • Formulate and deliver go to market plans for all products with clear targets and milestones.
  • Define and improve the customer experience and retention.
  • Evaluate external market opportunities and customer feedback to inform improvements to existing products and new product innovation.
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership for the performance of all products.

 

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Masters degree from a top University.
  • Experience gained in a top tier consulting company or fast-paced company
  • International experience
  • Strong track record of delivering tangible results.
  • Previous experience of managing multiple products or business units
  • Owned a P&L and has driven significant improvements to both sales and profitability.
  • Strong digital transformation experience.
  • Entrepreneurial and a self-starter.
  • Decisive and collaborative, experience of influencing across the matrix.
  • Structured but pragmatic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
