Key Accountabilities


  • Pro-actively monitor, manage and report on execution of project deliverables.
  • Support large-scale, implementations and strategic initiatives by partnering across departments to develop processes, solutions, and practices that support the broader organization.
  • Work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage projects and improve transparency.
  • Use advanced structured problem-solving skills to identify root causes and communicate impact of decisions to Project Stakeholders and Leadership.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using approved tools, and track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Support business objectives in collaboration with management and stakeholders and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and requirements to Team Members and Stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Coordinate tasks with appropriate personnel.
  • Estimate, plan, execute, and administer multiple projects across the full project lifecycle, varying from medium-to-large scale with respect to business impact.
  • Follow up with Clients, when necessary, to provide stakeholders with appropriate data to complete their work items.
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client to ensure accuracy and consistency with objectives and plans.
  • Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in execution



Job Requirements and Qualifications


  • 8+ years of relevant project management or operational (leadership/management) experience
  • Competencies typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects across both internal and external entities
  • Experience in managing client relationships and communications – customer facing
  • Ability to problem-solve and manage conflict
  • Excellent judgement and negotiation abilities to deal with project and customer change requests
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
