IWG is looking for a Head of Customer Applications who will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of all front-end applications of the IWG digital platform. The Head of Customer Applications will work with internal and external stakeholders to establish the business needs and then guide the development teams in building the prioritised capabilities that deliver the best commercial impact.
This is the perfect role for someone who is passionate about building digital products to satisfy customers. You’ll need the ability to empathise with large and small customers from all over the world and the imagination and creativity to find the most appealing solutions. You’ll have the right blend of business, design and technical skills to be able to provide the bridge between customers, business and the development teams. You’ll need drive and an agile mind set together with the ability to leverage the resources of a global company will be critical.
