About the Role
This is a critical role in our Procurement team to enable IWG to meet its strategic objectives of growing our network, and improving our profit margin. This position leads information technology procurement activities for 3,500+ locations globally (estimated spend of £60M) across 120+ countries. Ensure IT hardware, installation and break-fix services for new and existing centers are contracted timely and at competitive cost. This includes continually reviewing and optimizing existing and new IT services & providers, associated contracts, as well as driving cost reduction initiatives.
Where needed this role is engaged in IT supplier escalations, ensuring suppliers meet negotiated SLA’s associated with service, delivery or billing issues and in supplier management. This is a key role accountable for managing relationships with our internal stakeholders, our external partners that we open centers with, and our supplier network to ensure we work collaboratively to improve our commercial performance and deliver against strategic objectives.
