Job Purpose

You will be part of the team responsible for managing the centralization of procurement and cost control activities from our centres, to transition within our global Supply Chain Shared Service Centre covering +3,000 Business Centres.

The key objective of the position is to provide outstanding levels of service, through proactive ticket management. We aim to improve company profits by identifying and reducing unnecessary business activities and expenses by enforcing global policies, in a timely and consistent manner. On top of this, we proactively engaging with centre teams and third party suppliers to ensure our centres are being managed and well maintained at all times.

The incumbent is expected to be able to make decisions and follow procedures, looking for ways to improve our processes, and highlight any issues in our workflows. They must be able to work independently.

Position: Supply Chain Lead Controller

Individual Responsibility:

• The person shall continue to be responsible for their assigned country/ies and shall continue to perform supply chain controller related functions as part of the position.
• In addition, the person shall also be asked to lead a group of controllers to which he/ she will have the below lead responsibilities.

Lead Responsibility:

• Supervises daily activities in his/her assigned cluster and makes sure operations run as normal and expected.
• Responsible and accountable for the overall performance of his/her assigned country group and ensuring that tickets are processed based on approved SLAs.
• Disseminate information, reporting and other ad hoc action plans to members under his/her group and make sure plans are carried out as agreed.
• Prepare reports that show the actual result of key performance indicators, resolutions, and other updates that his/her superior asked him/her to.
• Identify member’s performance issues under his/ her group and recommend actions to his/ her immediate superior on how to address such member’s performance concerns.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by his/her immediate superior related to the attainment of the department’s objectives.
• Take on responsibility for overseeing the production and follow up implementation of country level action plans (country dashboards)
• Be a leader, encouraging a positive working culture, training their respective teams to ensure the highest quality of output, and listening to their teams feedback in order to share this with senior management.
• Make recommendations to improve process efficiency, reports, operational practices as they see fit.
• Help to organize holiday and leave cover / suitable cover for their areas.

• Hybrid Setup (2days onsite/3days WFH per week)
• Amenable to work in Mid Shift & Night Shift (APAC & EMEA)
