Job Purpose
With our focus on innovation, we have at any time, a long list of initiatives to improve our customer experience and make our locations a great place to work. This role sits between the “Build” team (those who design and build solutions and integrate technologies) and the “Run” team (those who operate our locations and products). The Deployment Director is responsible to manage a small team of 15 to 20 people and drive efficient and optimized delivery into our worldwide locations of these new services and technology. This individual will serve as a liaison between the corporate headquarters and the individual centres to ensure a smooth and effective implementation. Additionally, this role will ensure the smooth transition into the day-to-day support and operational teams
The ideal applicant would ideally have worked in an environment to deploy solutions, equipment and technologies across multi-country / multi-stores, and managed complexities to deliver into many locations
