Job Purpose

Overall accountability and ownership of the operational activities and financial accounting of IWG Enterprise Solutions particularly in the area of Billing, Accounts Receivable and Customer Support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages all transactional / operational activity, ensuring it is up to date and meeting the required SLAs
  • Collaborates with Global Enterprise teams, GSC team and LSC collections for all operational activity that needs to be delivered for the Enterprise business.
  • Trains, supervises and leads the team of Analysts and ensure that all task assigned are completed timely and accurately
  • Reviews the accuracy of data being delivered, eliminating the risk of any financial impact which was unforeseen.
  • Primarily provides full support to Enterprise sales team, customers and GSC teams to ensure the delivery of required quality and meet expectations.
  • Delivers agreed process efficiency/effectiveness improvements within the GSC finance function and contribute to improvement in other processes both within and beyond the GSC.
  • Ensures process documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Collaborates with other GSC teams, providing support to auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities
  • Leads, manages and motivates a team, assisting to remove barriers or constraints where necessary. Escalation of critical issues must be made through a standardised process, with continued support to help reach a quick resolution.
  • Ensures there is a suitable segregation of duties within the team, meeting all control requirements.
  • Summarize and presents Team performance to Management, including financial reporting status/progress as well as team performance.
  • Ensures future Enterprise customers are integrated and set-up on a timely basis ensuring processes are absorbed into the standard model, with complete and accurate accounting from the start.


  • College/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent
  • Highly proficient in using various accounting and office applications
  • At least 6 years’ experience in finance and accounting, managing transactional processes within a multinational company or shared service environment.
  • At least 4 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • Dynamic, hands-on, proactive self-starter. Resilience is a must.
  • Strong team leader with the ability to coach and develop people
  • Ability to identify the impact of each activity and adjust priorities accordingly
  • Intelligent, numerate and able to quickly grasp complex issues
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Results driven
  • Ability to adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility and ownership of the change
