Job Purpose

You will be part of the Finance Team and play the administrative assisting role for the French business. The role will report into the Finance Manager France.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Update of the in-house tracker folders
  • Checking compliance and updating mandatory records with the authorities.
  • Maintaining and updating different records in house and on government portal
  • Liaising with colleagues within GSC/LSC, outsourcers and tax authorities
  • Provide support in ad hoc duties.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • A-Levels, BTEC or NVQ
  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Organisational skills
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Time management
  • French speaking is essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
