What we are looking for.

  • An individual who loves compliance, has a good understanding of employment law, loves to stay current on the ever-changing HR compliance landscape.
  • Someone who has a fabulous ability to gather all the details and respond in a comprehensive and compelling manner to employment matters.
  • Someone who understands Workers Compensation, OSHA compliance and has experience working with AAPs.
  • Someone who is detail oriented, deadline driven, proactive and takes initiative to ensure we are operating at the highest standards as an organization.

 

The experience that helps you succeed.

  • 5+ years of work experience in a relevant role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • A fantastic communicator, clear and concise verbal, and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Great judgement and high ethical standards
  • Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them. Be adaptable to a changing environment and work toward solutions in the moment.
  • Dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast-changing situations
  • Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
  • Proficient in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Formal experience with employment law either via a degree program, paralegal certification, preferred
  • Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
