Role Summary

As a Compensation & Benefits Data Analyst, you will be working in the Global HR Analytics team that offers innovative reports and analysis to the business on a hybrid working environment. The team creates meaningful reports and analysis to help with business decisions and provide business insight on HR perspective.

The Compensation & Benefits Data Analyst serves as a technical resource to HR Leadership, HR Managers and Management for all things related to Reward data.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare, and present reports
  • Visualize the Compensation & Benefits metrics out of complex data sets
  • Visualize cost attached to Compensation & Benefits metrics out of complex data sets
  • Analyze data and costs to make recommendations on plans and policies
  • Create and deliver useful insights on all aspects of Compensation & Benefits through Power BI or other reporting software.
  • Work closely with our head of C&B on ad hoc requests

 

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, or related disciplines is desirable
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Familiar with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, MS Access and other similar apps and tools providing analysis
  • In-depth knowledge on Payroll, Compensation and Benefits
  • Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
