Job Purpose

This role will report to the Regional Head of Centre Delivery Lead and will play a key role across the company Fit-Out services, responsible for establishing the theoretical baseline cost for a project in the region and developing the optimal supply chain and coordination model including trades and materials to deliver this.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing cost efficiency for the region across fit-out services
• Propose new programs using data driven rationale for delivering savings
• Focusing on costs, where to procure locally, and where to stay on procuring globally

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications)

• Analytical, cost-focused
• Strong commercial acumen
• Consulting background would be an advantage
• Experience in the construction industry
• Demonstrate experience in creating proposals with detailed process maps and business cases that show opportunities to deliver tangible improvement to the business
• Driven and motivated – able to structure and breakdown a problem
• Able to take the initiative – not afraid to think differently
• Dynamic and fast moving to get to a quick answer, and then improve
