Our target audience is building owners, franchise operators, and competitors. We will work with our partners under a variety of commercial structures demanding a dynamic and broad-based approach to business development.

Job Purpose:

Reporting directly to the Executive Vice-President of Partner Ambassadorship, the Building Owner Partner Ambassador is responsible for the success of our most critical company growth initiative by ensuring that all Building Owners managed and supported by the Building Owner Partner Ambassador is achieving and exceed the modeled financial return on investment expected, excited with their capital invested in the IWG flexible workspace location opened in their building and/or portfolio of buildings, and is enthusiastic in building and opening additional IWG locations throughout North America and, if applicable, around the world.

Each Building Owner Partner Ambassador will support and partner with approx. 100 building owners and landlords to ensure they feel directly supported and that they have a key strategic IWG partner to work with directly.

Landlord Partner Ambassadors will:

• Cradle the landlord partner from Day One Post Opening

• Partner with the field organization to ensure that the partner location opens at minimum 20% occupancy and 25% avg monthly first-year modeled revenues

• Act as the key point of contact for the Building Owner once the location opens

• Be the conduit between and Building Owner Partner the AVP, EVP, field center, operations, and sales teams

• Conduct one business review annually with each Building Owner Partner reviewing center performance and future growth opportunities in the Building Owner’s portfolio

• Act as the Owner of any escalations that need to be resolved

• Respond to all Building Owner Partner requests:

                                              • Questions on financial and performance reports

                                              • Questions on performance, sales, and occupancy requests

                                              • Questions on ROI trends and forecast

                                              • Questions on Actuals vs Model

What does success look like?

• Each location achieves minimum 20% occupancy and 25% avg monthly first-year modeled revenues upon opening

• Minimum 75% of Building Owner Partners excited and willing to become referrals to prospective Building Owner Partners within one-year post location opening

• Minimum 10% of your Building Owner Partners in your 100 Partner portfolio have committed to open additional Building locations

• All Building Owner Partners have actively engaged in one business review annually

• Ability to solicit internal sales and marketing plans from the field and communicate plans to Partner

• Ability to act as a conduit between the client and the internal field organization

• Ability to learn and understand performance/finance reports and communicate trends and results to Partner • Adaptive and critical thinker

• Engage at all levels of internal leadership

• Previous experience as a center team member, sales manager, or Director of Partnership Growth is a benefit
