About the Role

This is an important role in our Procurement team supporting IWG to meet its strategic objectives of growing our network, and improving our profit margin. This position leads procurement activities for 3,500+ locations globally across 120+ countries. This includes sourcing and contracting suppliers in support of our center opening process in collaboration with our construction managers.

This role will also be responsible for spend analysis to generate business insights in order to set the right sourcing strategy. As needed this role is engaged in supplier management, ensuring suppliers meet negotiated SLA’s associated with service, supplier escalations, delivery or billing issues.

This is a key role accountable for managing relationships with our internal stakeholders, our external partners that we open centers with, and our supplier network to ensure we work collaboratively to improve our commercial performance and deliver against strategic objectives.    


Specific accountabilities

  • Lead the execution of sourcing strategies on different categories in the most optimal way in terms of quality, cost and speed to market.
  • Be accountable for the contracting process and negotiating contract terms in collaboration with our Legal team.
  • Manage multiple contract priorities across various countries and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Track and report on planned and validate achieved savings targets.
  • Identify and manage relationships with key suppliers, evaluate performance on a regular basis to ensure that we are getting value for money and supplier performance is in line with our expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues at Group, Regional and Country level to ensure Procurement is supporting them to deliver against their business plans.



  1. Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering on related discipline
  2. 5+ year business experience in a global procurement function
  3. Experience managing a spend category across a region, or a category globally
  4. Thorough understanding of procurement best practices
  5. Strong Business Acumen and analytical skills
  6. Strong organisation, time and project management skills
  7. Microsoft Suite Competency: Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
