Rationale

To deploy third-party parking technology across our estate, we need to audit subletting rights within existing leases, starting with 40 US centres scoped with the US leadership team. This is the prerequisite to any aggregator partnership or technology rollout.

Tasks & Scope

• Review each lease and identify the relevant parking clause
• Assess and document subletting rights per centre
• Maintain findings in a centralised tracker for internal and third-party use
• Estimated duration: one month of full-time capacity
