Job Purpose
The Project Manager is accountable for the clear definition, structured delivery, and controlled execution of projects from initiation through to deployment.
This role requires the ability to frame complex initiatives, establish robust governance, and manage delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment. Successful candidates will be qualified practitioners with the ability to frame projects clearly, manage delivery through defined lifecycle stages, and operate confidently within formal governance structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end operational roadmaps, manage timelines, and track milestones aligned with corporate governance frameworks
- Establish operational metrics and report on productivity, cost, and service quality
- Lead internal transitions, facilitate stakeholder communication, and train staff on new operational systems or policies
Required Qualifications, Experience, Behaviours
- Education: Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Proficiency in project portfolio tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and data analysis/dashboard software.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, advanced analytical thinking, transparent communication, and high emotional intelligence
- Consistently delivered results, above expectations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a matrix environment
- Confident decisionmaker who demonstrates sound judgement
- Organised, consistently delivers against tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player and a commitment to excellence
