Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities within the Accounts Receivable / Billing team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Lead the team in completing timely and accurate posting of bank statements for both automated and manual posting processes.
- Coordinate the setup of new bank accounts in D365, including mapping cash accounts to their respective entities and/or centres.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support where necessary.
- Conduct regular reviews of process documentation and recommend process improvements when needed.
- Respond to queries from centres and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support during audits, legal reviews, and ongoing projects.
- Escalate critical issues using established procedures and provide continued support until resolution is achieved.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Supervisory experience in a shared services environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to change and demonstrate ownership.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
- Excellent team player with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in various accounting applications and systems.
- Customer‑service oriented, with a strong focus on supporting key stakeholders.
