Customer Service

Community Associates (CAs) are dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment and delivering outstanding service to every customer and visitor in our centres. Their core mission is to provide a 5-star customer experience - serving as the first point of contact and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression. Whether guiding a prospective client on a tour or assisting a new customer settling into their office, CAs prioritise excellence and hospitality at every step. 

The CA role is the first step on the IWG career ladder, offering a clearly defined path toward managerial positions and beyond.

We focus on attitude and experience when hiring for CA positions. Some previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.

Office Management

Network Growth & Development

The Growth team focuses on expanding the IWG network around the world, speaking to building owners about joining the largest network of flexible workspaces and helping them maximise revenue from their building. We add value by growing our network and revenue. This is one of the most exciting and fastest growth programmes in the world! 

The Network Development team is also central to IWG’s ambitions and has changed the way the industry works by pioneering new deal structures, targeting new cities, and bringing our unparallelled platform to existing operators. This market-leading team has signed more than 1,000 now locations up to our network in the last year, with ambitions to grow even faster.

Finance

Our commercially minded and dynamic finance team harness the power of finance and transformation to deliver long-term, sustainable shareholder value. We’re a truly global team of c.1,000 people working across 35+ countries covering everything from reporting and compliance, analysis and forecasting, business assurance, tax, treasury and investor relations. Our Global Service Centre is at the heart of our finance operations, supporting every function across the business in addition to processing 800k+ invoices per year. 

At IWG, your Finance career could typically start in roles like Financial Analyst or Associate, where you’ll build strong commercial and analytical foundations.

As you grow, you can progress into leadership roles such as Finance Manager or Head of Finance, gaining exposure to global operations and strategic decision-making.

There’s a clear path toward senior leadership - roles like Finance Director - where you’ll shape business performance and influence company-wide outcomes.

The Construction team is responsible for opening our growth pipeline of new centres.
