Your resume is the first impression we’ll have of you, so make it count. Highlight your most relevant skills, strengths, and experience. Ensure it’s logically structured, easy to read, and free from typos or formatting errors.

We expect candidates to come prepared. Learn about us, the job and our culture. Even if you don’t use all your research, sharing one or two thoughtful insights can highlight your interest and the preparation you’ve done.

Carefully review the responsibilities, skills, and experience required. Compare them to your own background and identify any gaps. Be ready to address these thoughtfully during the interview.

Think ahead about which of your skills, experiences, and achievements you want to highlight. Be ready to clearly and confidently communicate what makes you a strong candidate.

Have examples ready that demonstrate how you’ve shown the key behaviours and skills the role requires. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses.

Our job adverts provide a high-level overview, but it’s natural you will have more questions. Asking thoughtful questions at the end of your interview shows curiosity and helps you better understand the role and team.

Whether your interview is virtual or in person, body language matters. Maintain good eye contact, smile, and sit up straight – these all contribute to you creating the right impression.

Try to relax and be authentic. We want to get to know the real you, so let your personality come through.

Choose attire that’s appropriate for the interview setting, whether virtual or in person. If you’re unsure about the dress code, feel free to ask the Recruitment Team. When in doubt, it’s better to be slightly overdressed than too casual.

However, we ask that you do not use AI tools to generate responses or assist you during the interview itself. We value authenticity and want to hear your own thoughts and experiences.
